Has this day really come? Am I really going to get my hockey back? I'm afraid to get too excited, that it is just a teaser...but everything seems to be okay. This could be the happiest day of my entire life...

It's great news, but it came at such a high price to the players. I was really hoping the offers to buy the league would've been accepted.

I don't know about this. I didn't watch baseball for a couple of years after the strike. I definitely don't agree with the managers and owners on this one. If I had cable, I would have switched to the Russian league. I'm just grateful that we have a farm league team that plays not far from here. It made coping a lot easier. How do I justify being such a hockey fan while living here in the South?
hockey is good... no wait, hockey is great. that's all I've got to say.
